777xc Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Bet

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 777xc platform — including the website, mobile-optimised interface and all betting, casino and gaming services provided under the 777xc brand — you are entering into a binding agreement with 777xc and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions form the complete agreement between you and 777xc with respect to your use of the platform. They apply alongside any additional rules, guidelines or policies published on the 777xc platform, including but not limited to specific sports betting rules, casino game rules, bonus terms and the 777xc Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where there is any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and any product-specific rules or promotional terms, the product-specific rules or promotional terms will take precedence for the relevant product or promotion, unless otherwise stated.

Use of the 777xc platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform. 777xc does not permit anyone under 18 to register or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing and using 777xc voluntarily and in a personal capacity, not on behalf of another person or any business entity.
• You must not be excluded from using online betting or gaming services under any self-exclusion arrangement, court order or regulatory prohibition.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of a current employee of 777xc or any of its associated companies or service providers.

777xc takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under 18, we will suspend that account immediately pending age verification. Any winnings generated on an account that is found to belong to a person under 18 will be forfeited in full.

Each person may hold only one registered account on 777xc. Opening, operating or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether in the same name or under different names or contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details — including your mobile number, email address and password — up to date at all times. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact 777xc support immediately.

Your 777xc account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow anyone else to access or use your account. 777xc accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

Account verification — including identity and payment method verification — may be required before withdrawals are processed or at any point determined necessary by 777xc. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested to complete verification promptly. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

777xc processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits and withdrawals are conducted exclusively through the approved payment methods listed below. No other payment methods are supported.

777xc does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from our side. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which 777xc has no control. You are responsible for checking any such fees with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. 777xc reserves the right to require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have been verified and are in good standing.

All bets placed on 777xc are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market and event type. These rules are available within the relevant section of the 777xc platform. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• The minimum single bet on 777xc is Rs 50 for most markets. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by 777xc, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. You are responsible for checking all details of your bet selection before confirming.
• Bets are not valid until confirmed by 777xc. A bet is considered accepted only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your bet history with a confirmed status.
• 777xc reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud, market manipulation, system errors or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• Any bets placed on events affected by proven match-fixing, corruption or other integrity violations may be voided at 777xc's discretion, regardless of the market outcome.
• Accumulator bets (parlays) combining multiple selections are supported. If one leg of an accumulator is void, the bet is recalculated as if that selection was not included, at the updated accumulator odds.

777xc uses automated systems to detect unusual betting patterns. Accounts displaying patterns consistent with arbitrage betting, use of betting bots, coordinated betting with other accounts or exploitation of pricing errors may have bets voided and accounts suspended pending investigation.

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the official governing body, league or organiser. In the absence of an official result, 777xc will use widely reported results from credible sporting sources to settle markets.

Where a sports event is postponed, 777xc will hold open bets for a standard grace period of 48 hours from the originally scheduled start time. If the event does not take place within that period, all bets are voided and stakes returned to the player's account. Rescheduled events within the grace period are settled on the new result.

Bets may be voided — with stakes returned — in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed as per the applicable sport rules.
• An obvious pricing error occurred when the bet was accepted (a price clearly inconsistent with the true market at the time).
• The bet was placed after the event had already started in cases where pre-match betting was intended and late acceptance was a technical error.
• Regulatory or integrity requirements necessitate voiding, including confirmed match-fixing.

777xc offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all 777xc bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in addition to your real-money balance. Unless specified otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered through before they can be withdrawn.
• The default wagering requirement for welcome bonuses on 777xc is stated in the specific promotion terms. You must complete the specified wagering requirement using the bonus amount within the stated validity period before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must generally be met using sports betting or casino bets at the minimum odds specified in the relevant promotion. Certain bet types — such as cashed-out bets, void bets or certain low-margin casino games — may not contribute or may contribute only partially to wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible new player. Multiple accounts, use of different payment methods or other attempts to claim more than one welcome bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.
• 777xc reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. This will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by eligible players at the time of the change.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically and cannot be reinstated.

The 777xc live casino and virtual sports sections are subject to the same general account, deposit and wagering rules set out in these Terms and Conditions, plus the following specific conditions:

• All live casino games on 777xc are operated by third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer processes. 777xc does not manipulate or influence the outcome of any casino game.
• Virtual sports games use certified RNG technology. Each round is independent of previous rounds — past outcomes have no bearing on future results.
• Casino bets are final once confirmed. Technical issues — such as an internet disconnection during a live casino hand — are governed by the relevant provider's rules. Where a round cannot be completed due to a verified platform error, the stake will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits in the casino and virtual sports sections are set per game and table. These limits are displayed within the game interface before you place a stake.
• 777xc reserves the right to limit access to specific casino games or tables for individual accounts where responsible gaming or wagering concerns arise.

777xc is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to address financial problems. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, all of which can be activated through your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 777xc account.
• Loss limits: Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined time period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the limit period resets or a new limit is set.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications at regular intervals during your betting or gaming session reminding you of how long you have been active.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break of between 24 hours and 30 days during which you cannot access your account for betting or gaming purposes.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 777xc platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months for temporary exclusion or at all for permanent exclusion.

777xc reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Use of automated betting software, bots or any other tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Coordinated or syndicated betting activity intended to exploit pricing or promotional structures.
• Chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes or non-payment of any amount owed to 777xc.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate conduct directed at 777xc staff or other users.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 777xc's discretion depending on the nature of the violation. You will be notified of the reason for closure where legally and operationally permitted.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, please contact 777xc support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please consider using the self-exclusion tool instead, which provides additional protections.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xc's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — regardless of the basis of the claim — is limited to the net deposits made by you to your 777xc account in the 12 months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

777xc is not liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising from breach of contract, negligence or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, winnings or anticipated savings arising from any interruption of service, technical failure or system error.
• Loss or corruption of data, or damage to devices caused by accessing the 777xc platform.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, government actions or any other event beyond 777xc's reasonable control.

777xc makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work or events beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. 777xc will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance.

777xc reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are significant, we will notify registered users by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Minor updates — such as corrections to language, formatting improvements or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of users — may be made without specific notification.

The version of the Terms and Conditions that applies to any bet, transaction or activity is the version that was in effect at the time the relevant action was taken. Continued use of the 777xc platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
